Guided by the teachings of our mentors, our training in Spain, and our experience at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Barcelona, we create dishes that blend these influences with the people, culture, and history of Kanazawa—the place that shaped us. Each plate pays homage to our roots and to the traditions that continue to inspire us.
